Places are limited, please book for free via info@bsls.org.uk with name, email or mobile number so Stephen can communicate where to meet him in St Leonards. Please indicate if you are a Member of the Society. The escorted walk will be held twice, both starting at 2pm: on Sunday 21 September, and on Friday 26 September, please indicate which is your preferred date. The walk is free to Society members. Non-members are also welcome, but are asked to donate £5 in cash to the Society, at the start of the walk.
The walk starting place will be communicated before the day, to those who have booked for free via email: info@bsls.org.uk The walk ends at the Horse and Groom pub, Mercatoria, St Leonards, TN38 0EB.
The Walk is ‘Around the public houses of St Leonards on Sea’ on both dates. The walk will last around 90 minutes. It will be slow, on level ground. It will be guided by Stephen Van Dulken, our former Chair, reprising his well received stroll around the Public Houses of St Leonards, those still in existence, as well as those that are no longer around.
