more commonly known as St Leonards Bathing Pool, a postcard by local publishers, Judges, showing the bathing pool, or lido, at St Leonards-on-Sea, photographed at the height of its popularity after it opened in 1933. It fell into decline after the Second World War, and was eventually demolished in the early 1990s. It remains an open space between the Marina and Bo Peep areas of West St Leonards, adjacent to the seafront. Location: Stephen van Dulken, private collection.
